Capital Markets Day

Wilmington plc (LSE: WIL), the provider of information, education and networking services in Risk & Compliance, Professional and Healthcare knowledge areas, is holding a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors and analysts in London this afternoon. 

A series of presentations will be given by Wilmington's senior management team to provide an update on its strategy and the progress of its three divisions. The event will include examples of the progress made by the Group in developing its e-learning proposition as well as a tour of the new London headquarters.

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Group's website after the event's completion late this afternoon. 

No new material trading or financial information will be disclosed.  The Group's next scheduled update to the Market will be a pre-close trading update timed around its 30 June year end.
