Correction - Share awards and options (RNS Number: 0532K), released on 16 September 2016
Wilmington plc would like to clarify that the Share awards and options announcement released at 9:10 on 16 September 2016 incorrectly stated the nil cost share awards granted as 226,091. The correct nil cost share awards granted was 233,092. In addition the announcement incorrectly stated the nil cost share awards granted to Bill Howarth, Richard Adams and Tony Bainbridge as 19,216, 18,177 and 13,773 shares respectively. The correct share awards granted to Bill Howarth, Richard Adams and Tony Bainbridge are 20,774, 19,216 and 18,177 respectively. All other details remain unchanged. On 15 September 2016, 233,092 nil cost awards and 362,756 options with an exercise price of £2.455 over ordinary shares in Wilmington plc (the "Company") were granted under the Wilmington plc 2007 Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") to employees of Wilmington plc and its subsidiaries of which the following were made to Directors of the Company and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"):
