In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington plc (the "Company") announces that it has today been made aware that on 7 May 2015, Bill Howarth, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), bought into his pension 30,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an average price of 242.75p pence per share. The transaction took place in London. His resultant holding is 43,449 ordinary shares of 5p each, which represents 0.05% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
