Board Change

As planned, Charles Brady has retired from the Board of Wilmington plc after 16 years as a Director of the Company and will be leaving Wilmington on 31 December 2015.

When Charles stepped down as Chief Executive in 2014 he agreed, at the request of the Board, to stay on as a part time Executive Director until the end of 2015, to assist with the development of Wilmington's Compliance Division and to continue his role as Chairman of the International Compliance Association, ("ICA"). 

Charles also steps down from the ICA, which has recently appointed a new CEO and a President.

Mark Asplin, Chairman of Wilmington plc commented:
