On May 6, 2016, Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (“Willis Towers Watson”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the period ended March 31, 2016. Willis Towers Watson also posted a slide presentation to its website, which it may refer to during its conference call to discuss the results.

A reconciliation between certain non-GAAP financial measures and reported financial results is provided as an attachment to the press release.
