Director Declaration - Ruth Prior accepts Non-executive Directorship
William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms that Ruth Prior, CFO has accepted a position as Non-executive Director of Motability Operations Group plc, the company that brings the Motability Scheme to over 600,000 disabled people, and which maintains London Stock Exchange listed debt securities.
Ruth's appointment commenced with effect from 1 March 2018, and she was also appointed Audit Committee Chair from that date.
