In fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a), William Hill PLC ('the Company') wishes to notify that on 22 May 2013, Ralph Topping, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £4.5211 per share.

Following the sale, Ralph Topping retains a holding of 178,772 ordinary shares in the Company.
