Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

William Hill PLC ('the Company') announces that Ruth Prior, CFO and a PDMR of the Company, has acquired, with her persons closely associated, 6,680 ordinary shares in the Company as a result of participation in dividend reinvestment plans in respect of the final dividend paid on 28 November 2018.

As a result, Ruth Prior and her persons closely associated now have an interest in 274,007 shares, equivalent to less than 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
