William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) ('William Hill' or the 'Group') is pleased to announce that Robin Terrell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2 January 2017, has been appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee of William Hill and Gordon Wilson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2 January 2019, has been appointed a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of William Hill. Both appointments are made with immediate effect.
