Board Change - John O'Reilly to step down as a Non-executive Director following his appointment as The Rank Group Plc CEO

William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms that John O'Reilly, Non-executive Director since January 2017, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect today following his appointment as CEO of The Rank Group Plc, with effect from 7 May 2018.

Other Disclosures

In accordance with s.430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, it is confirmed no payments will be made to John O'Reilly in connection with his stepping down from the Board, other than his usual Non-executive fees paid pro-rata.
