At the request of Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the “ Company ”), trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has been halted with effect from 1:00 p.m. and 12:37 p.m. respectively on January 26, 2024 pending the release of an announcement pursuant to, among other things, the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers and the Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers which constitutes inside information of the Company.
