DATE OF BOARD MEETING

Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 for the purposes of, among other matters, considering and approving the unaudited consolidated third quarterly financial results and nine months financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months and nine months ended December 31, 2019 respectively for publication and considering the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.

Santiago, Wong Kwan Seng, Robert and Iu Po Chan, Eugene.
