CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) dated September 12, 2018 in relation to, among other things, the update on dispute involving the associated company (i.e., GW Electronics Company Limited) (the “Announcement”).

The board of directors of the Company would like to clarify that the English name of 深圳市 勁升迪龍科技發展有限公司 referred to in paragraph 4 of the Announcement is “Shenzhen Municipal DTT Technology Development Company Limited”, which is not an official name of the aforementioned Chinese entity and used only for identification purpose.

Save as disclosed herein, all other contents of both the English and Chinese versions of the Announcement remain unchanged.

Santiago, Wong Kwan Seng, Robert and Iu Po Chan, Eugene.
