Correction: Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA: Share program for employees - transaction in own shares

Correction is made to the announcement made 19 September 2024 related to the number of employees participating in the share program for employees and shares to be transferred.

A total of 448 employees participated in the program.

As part of the program, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will transfer 12,488 own WWI class a-shares to employees. Following completion of the transaction, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will own 950,253 WWI class a-shares and 738,559 WWIB class b-shares
