Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, 11 October 2024, bought 4.021.523 shares in Treasure ASA for a total consideration of NOK 115 million (USD 11 million). Following the transaction Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 165.088.228 shares in Treasure ASA, representing 80,64% of the shares issued.
