The following primary insiders have participated in the program:
Shares to be acquired:
• Christian Berg: 24 WWI class A shares
• Bjørge Grimholt: 24 WWI class A shares
• Benedicte Teigen Gude: 24 WWI class A shares
• Geir Flæsen and close associates: 48 WWI class A shares
Following completion of the transactions, their new holdings will be:
• Christian Berg: 3 553 WWI class A shares and WWIB 600 class B shares
• Bjørge Grimholt: 2 395 WWI class A shares and 10 WWIB class B shares
• Benedicte Teigen Gude: 1 040 WWI class A shares
• Geir Flæsen and close associates: 106 WWI class A shares
