The Annual General Meeting of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA was held today, Thursday 27 April 2023, as a digital meeting with online participation.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of directors and the nominations committee, cf. notice of the Annual General Meeting published on NewsWeb Oslo Børs on 3 April 2023.

The Annual General Meeting approved the board's proposal to distribute a dividend of NOK 6.00 per share. The dividend accrues to the shareholders as of 27 April 2023, cf. key information related to cash dividend published on NewsWeb Oslo Børs on 15 February 2023.
