Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange and First Day of Dealings

Wildcat Petroleum Plc (the "Company" or "Wildcat"), the UK-based company which will be seeking to invest in businesses within the upstream sector of the petroleum industry, is delighted to announce that Wildcat's entire issued ordinary share capital has today been admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA (by way of Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities under the ticker "WCAT".

Wildcat has successfully raised £600,000 (before expenses) by way of an Offer for Subscription for up to 600,000,000 New Ordinary Shares of £0.000028 each at an Offer Price of £0.001 per New Ordinary Share. Subsequently, Admission of the entire issued share capital of 2,400,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.000028 each to the Official List (by way of Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities shall become effective today. Wildcat's market capitalisation on Admission will be £2,400,000.

Mandhir Singh, Chairman, would like to extend a special thanks to all shareholders who have backed Wildcat with their investment and the Board have every intention of rewarding this faith by turning Wildcat Petroleum into a major force within the oil sector.
