Update on finalisation of Accounts and upcoming AGM
Wildcat Petroleum plc (LSE: WCAT), is targeting investment opportunities in businesses and assets within the upstream sector of the petroleum industry.
Further to our announcement of 4th October 2021 of our plans to finalise the audited accounts in October, we now expect them to be completed and announced during the week commencing 29th November. At this time we will also announce the date of our AGM. The delay is due to additional work to get the results into IFRS format and COVID related issues.
A 3 month extension was obtained at the beginning of the auditing process in September and the filing due date is the 31st December 2021.
