Wildcat Petroleum Plc (the "Company" or "Wildcat") (LSE: WCAT), announces the following dealing in shares by one of its Directors:
On 12 February 2021, one of the directors, Mr. Glyn Roberts, made a transfer into an ISA in his wife's name for 2,200,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat. On the same day, a 'Bed and ISA' transfer of 2,200,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat was made from his share dealing account into his ISA.
Following this disposal, Mr. Glyn Roberts remains directly and indirectly beneficially interested in 24,000,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat which equates to 1% of the total issued share capital.
The Directors of Wildcat accept responsibility for this announcement.
