There is no need either for a write off of purchased film rights or the film stock or other detrimental impact on daily operations. The Management Board believes that rumors alleging liquidity difficulties are being spread deliberately and denies all these rumors categorically. They are entirely unfounded. In this connection, the Management Board calls attention to the EUR 230 million consortial loan granted by a consortium of renowned banks – which was described in detail in an ad hoc report of 8 April.
