Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist der Emittent verantwortlich. —————————————————————————— Exclusive Cooperation Agreement Between Senator Entertainment AG and CinemaxX AG Collaboration Enhanced – Pool Agreement Revoked Berlin, 7 December 2000 – Senator Entertainment AG and CinemaxX AG have concluded an exclusive cooperation agreement, according to which Senator will play a considerably greater role in the operational matters of CinemaxX than it did in the past. Senator will be especially involved in the purchasing of feature films. Concluding this exclusive cooperation agreement intensifies the two companies’ already functioning common effort on the operational level while placing it on a solid contractual footing. The vote-pooling agreement signed between Senator Entertainment AG and the other CinemaxX AG major shareholders, Hans Joachim Flebbe and the Kinepolis Group NV, is no longer needed by Senator and has been revoked.
