Ulrika Hallengren proposed as Wihlborgs' new CEO

Ahead of the Annual General Meeting of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB on 25 April 2018, the Nomination Committee proposed the election of Wihlborg's current CEO, Anders Jarl, as Executive Chairman of the company. With the prerequisite that the AGM resolve in line with the proposal, the Board of Wihlborgs intends to appoint the current Director of Projects & Developments, Ulrika Hallengren, as the company's new CEO commencing 1 May 2018.

"Ulrika Hallengren currently holds a key position at Wihlborgs and has successfully run a number of large development projects and business deals. The Board is in full agreement that Ulrika is the right person to shoulder the role of CEO and to drive initiatives to ensure the company's continued growth and modernisation. At the same time, Anders Jarl can contribute with experience and strategic advice. As a major shareholder in the company, I feel very satisfied and comfortable with this solution," says Chairman of the Board Erik Paulsson.
