Vienna (pta028/07.11.2012/15:30) - Black Creek Investment Management Inc. holds more than 5% of Wienerberger stock
Wienerberger AG received an announcement in accordance with §§ 91 and 92 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act that since September 19, 2012 Black Creek Investment Management Inc. ("Black Creek"), which is based in Canada, is exclusively authorized to exercise a total of 5,890,500 voting rights (or 5.01%) attached to the shares in Wienerberger AG, thereby crossing the 5% voting rights threshold on said date. Black Creek holds these shares in following funds: Black Creek Focus Fund, Black Creek Global Leaders Fund, Black Creek Global Balanced Fund, Black Creek Balanced Corporate Class Fund and Black Creek International Equity Fund and the foundation Honesty Black Creek.
