Completion of Share Purchase Plan
Wide Open Agriculture Limited (ASX: WOA) (“WOA” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that its Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) has now been completed.
Applications were received under the SPP for a total of 814,592 Shares for a total subscription amount received of $611,000. Shares will be allotted and holding statements dispatched as per the timetable.
Shortfall will be allocated and issued as per the SPP Offer Document. The Shortfall will be issued on the same terms as being offered to Eligible Shareholders under the SPP. No related party will be issued with Shortfall without prior Shareholder approval.
