WhiteHawk Welcomes Lakeba Group as Strategic Shareholder

Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA – WhiteHawk Limited (ASX: WHK) ("WhiteHawk" or "the Company"), the first global online cybersecurity exchange enabling businesses to mitigate cyber risks effectively, is pleased to announce that Tranche 2 placement to Lakeba Group Limited (“Lakeba”), an entity associated with WhiteHawk Director Mr Giuseppe Porcelli, was completed.

Through this investment, 18,260,870 WhiteHawk shares have been issued and 9,130,435 WHKOA options will be issued, positioning Lakeba as a top 10 shareholder of WhiteHawk.

The issue of the free-attaching Placement Options will be progressed in the coming week.
