EXTENSION OF OFFER CLOSING DATE UNDER OPTION PROSPECTUS
Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA – WhiteHawk Limited (ASX: WHK) ("WhiteHawk" or "the Company"), the first global online cybersecurity exchange enabling businesses to mitigate cyber risks effectively, refers to the transaction specific prospectus dated 13 October 2025 which was lodged with ASIC and ASX on the date (“Option Prospectus”).
In accordance with the Option Prospectus, the Company advises that the Board has resolved to extend the Closing Date of the Offer. The new Closing date of the Offer is Thursday, 23 October 2025 at 5:00 pm (AWST) unless further extended or closed earlier by the Directors at their discretion.
Defined terms in this announcement have the same meaning given to them in the Option Prospectus.
