WhiteHawk Welcomes Assetora AI & Cyber Fund I as Strategic Investor

Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA – WhiteHawk Limited (ASX: WHK) ("WhiteHawk" or "the Company"), the first global online cybersecurity exchange enabling businesses to mitigate cyber risks effectively, is pleased to announce that Assetora AI & Cyber FUND I (“Assetora AI & Cyber FUND I”), has completed a strategic investment in the Company.

Through this investment, 20,013,583 WhiteHawk shares and 19,137,227 WHKOA options have been issued, positioning Assetora AI & Cyber FUND I as a top 10 shareholder of WhiteHawk.

This investment represents a strong endorsement of WhiteHawk’s strategy and future direction. Assetora’s focus on supporting AI and cybersecurity ventures provides new opportunities for collaboration and partnership across its growing investment portfolio.
