Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA - WhiteHawk Limited (ASX:WHK) (“WhiteHawk” or “the Company”), is the first global online AI based cyber security exchange enabling all businesses and organizations to take smart action to prevent cybercrime, fraud and disruption and mitigate the impacts continuously - with automated and scalable Cyber Risk Assessments, SaaS, and Platform as a Service (PaaS) product lines that are tailored for clients of all sizes.

The grant of $246K USD from the Florida Defense Support Commission (“FDSC”) to the Economic Development Council (“EDC”) of South Miami-Dade is for a pilot program in Miami-Dade County Public Schools awarded to the WHK Team. FDSC EDC Stated, “This project is a logical step at this moment in time. This pilot will create up to 160 cybersecurity internships, 50% of which will also be security clearance-ready students and support up to 20 local critical-infrastructure and small-business entities with real cyber risk and vulnerability assessments. Our aim for those businesses will primarily be ones either in the defense contracting space or potential dual-use technology companies who can break into the defense world but require Cyber Maturity Model Certification (“CMMC”).”

As we announced in our last quarterly, the U.S. Department of Defense (“DOD”) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (“CMMC 2.0”) Rule was finalized on November 10[th] , 2025. As a result, going forward all DOD contracts require CMMC Certification at Levels 1, 2 or 3 for the Prime Contractors and all suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors. WHK has an automated path to CMMC within our Platform and has contracted with 3 Defense Industrial Base (“DIB”) Companies with contracts ranging from $25K USD to $45K USD.

Evolver Inc. of CSS has executed a new Master Software & Services Agreement (“MSSA”) with WHK to leverage the WHK Cyber Risk Radar Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (“C-SCRM”) platform as the foundation for a new Evolver Solution CLEAR. Evolver CLEAR pairs Evolver’s cybersecurity professional services with the WhiteHawk proven effective cyber risk-analytics platform, which delivers independent, fast, zero-intrusion supplier assessments, to multiple customer-selected cyber risk assessment frameworks at scale. Evolver marketing and sales engagement is underway across the highly regulated sectors and U.S. Federal Government.

LEIDOS has executed a Teaming Agreement with WHK in support of an upcoming U.S. Special Operations Command (“SOCOM”) Information Operations Request for Proposal (RFP) expected in February 2026. APOLLO is a 5 year Award of up to $1.9B USD. WHK is providing a breadth of Cyber Open-Source Intelligence (“OSINT”) datasets and AI/ML based analytics and reporting.

WHK APEC Business Unit has booked two AU Essential 8 Compliance Contracts.
