Appointment of Company Secretary

Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA - WhiteHawk Limited (ASX:WHK) (“WhiteHawk” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Mindy Ku as Company Secretary of the Company on 30 August 2024.

Mrs Mindy Ku holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, is a Member of Certified Practising Accountant Australia and a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mrs Ku has over 20 years’ Australian and international experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, management accounting, compliance reporting, board reporting, company secretarial services and office management across multiple jurisdictions (Australia, Malaysia, Sweden, UK, Finland, and Norway).

Mrs Ku currently consults on company secretarial, financial, and governance matters to a number of listed and unlisted public companies.

Mr Kevin Kye who has served as Company Secretary of WhiteHawk has resigned effective from 30 August 2024. The Company would like to thank Mr Kye for his invaluable contributions throughout his time with WhiteHawk.
