Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA - WhiteHawk Limited (ASX:WHK) (“WhiteHawk” or “the Company”), the first global online cyber security exchange enabling small-to-medium businesses to take smart action against cybercrime, fraud and disruption, advises retirement of Tiffany Kleemann as Non-Executive Board Member.

Tiffany Kleemann, Non-Executive Board Member for over 3 years, is retiring from the Board with effect from the close of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. WhiteHawk congratulates Ms. Kleemann on her appointment as the Managing Director, Cyber at Deloitte and greatly appreciates her dedication and active contributions to the WhiteHawk Board. WhiteHawk’s Board is currently conducting due diligence on candidates for her replacement.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, WhiteHawk advises that the anticipated date of Annual General Meeting is on or after the 13 May 2021. Any nominations must be received in writing by no later than 5:00pm AWST on 26 March 2021 at the Company’s registered office.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course and be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform.
