Annual General Meeting Date and Director Nominations
Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA – WhiteHawk Limited (ASX: WHK) ("WhiteHawk" or "the Company"), the first global online cybersecurity exchange enabling businesses to mitigate cyber risks effectively, advises Shareholders that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 20 May 2025.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election and appointment of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and the Company’s Constitution, nominations for the election of new Directors must be received no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 2 April 2025, at the Company’s registered office or by email at [email protected].
