Annual General Meeting Date and Director Nominations

Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA - WhiteHawk Limited (ASX:WHK) (“WhiteHawk” or “the Company”), is the first global online cyber security exchange enabling all businesses and organizations to take smart and focused action to prevent cybercrime, fraud and disruption. WhiteHawk’s unique end to end approach to cyber risk prioritization and mitigation is a one time or continuous subscription of Software as a Service (SaaS) Cyber Risk automated product lines, to include Cyber Risk Radar, Program, and Scorecards, Virtual Consults, with Mapping to Maturity Models and 400+ Impactful Solution Options.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Clause 15.3 of the Company’s Constitution, WhiteHawk advises that the anticipated date of Annual General Meeting is on or after 10 May 2023. Any nominations must be received in writing by no later than 5:00pm AWST on 24 March 2023 at the Company’s registered office.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the Annual General Meeting in a separate Notive of Annual General Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course and be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform.
