Virtual Annual General Meeting
Perth, WA and Alexandria, VA - WhiteHawk Limited (ASX:WHK) (“WhiteHawk” or “the Company”), the first global online cyber security exchange enabling businesses of all sizes to take smart action against cybercrime, today advise, further to the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) dispatched and released to ASX dated 17 April 2020, that shareholders may register to join the Virtual Annual General Meeting on Thursday 21 May 2020, 9:00 AM (AEST) via the following link:

All resolutions at the AGM will be decided on proxy votes which must be received by 9:00am Tuesday 19 May 2020 (AEST).
