Whitbread PLC
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 350,000 Ordinary shares of 76 122/153 pence each in Whitbread PLC to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
These shares will be issued and allotted under the Whitbread PLC Sharesave Scheme.
They will rank equally in all respects (including as to voting rights) with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
Admission is expected to be effective on 31 January 2019.
