Following approval of the Whitbread PLC revised Directors' Remuneration Policy and adoption of a new Performance Share Plan at the Company's General Meeting held on Wednesday 27 June 2018, the Company hereby confirms that the share awards made to Alison Brittain, Nicholas Cadbury and Louise Smalley under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan on 30 April 2018 have been cancelled with effect from 27 June 2018
