In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency rule 5.6.1, Whitbread PLC is required to notify the market of the following:

At the close of business on 31/12/2025, Whitbread PLC had 181,517,493 ordinary shares in issue, of which 12,454,718 were held in Treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in Whitbread PLC was 169,062,775. The ordinary shares have a nominal value of 76 122/153p each.

The above figure of 169,062,775 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, in Whitbread PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
