Item 8.01 Other Events

Where Food Comes From, Inc. announced on July 1, 2021, its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend totaling $0.15 per common share. This one-time special dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2021, with a payment date of August 16, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
