Update on Isle of Man Office

Further to the announcement of 29 June 2020, the Company confirms that Isle of Man FSA approval has been granted for the sale of its Isle of Man subsidiary, WH Ireland (IOM) Limited ("IOM"), to Ravenscroft Holdings Limited ("Ravenscroft").

Accordingly, all conditions set out in the associated sale agreement have now been satisfied and the transaction is deemed to have completed with immediate effect.

The details of the transaction are set out in the announcement of 29 June 2020.
