PDMR shareholding

Phillip Wale, CEO of WH Ireland, has informed the Company that he has purchased 37,500 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below. Following these purchases, Phillip Wale owns 112,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.23 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.

At the same time, Philip Shelley, Chair of WH Ireland, has informed the Company that he has purchased 187,497 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below. Following these purchases, Philip Shelley owns 947,908 ordinary shares, representing 1.9 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
