Directorate Change

The Company announces that Daniel Cowland has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company, with effect from no later than 30 April 2019.

In addition, the Company can confirm that it has agreed to appoint an interim Head of Finance, with effect from 3 December 2018, to work alongside Daniel to ensure an orderly transition.

Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
