Result of AGM

Confirmation of Directorate Change

The Company confirms that at today's Annual General Meeting, all resolutions were duly approved. 

The Company also confirms that, as announced on 19 July 2018 Richard Killingbeck has now stepped down as a director of the Company. Phillip Wale continues to act as Chief Executive Officer  (elect) of the Company subject to FCA approval.
