HUEY TAI INT'L<0164> - Share Consolidation Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Huey Tai International Limited ("Huey Tai") have approved the consolidation of shares on the basis of 5 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of Huey Tai into 1 new ordinary share ("New Shares"). Effective from today (3/4/2001), a temporary counter under stock code 2955 and stock short name "HUEY TAI INT'L" will be established for trading in board lots of 1,000 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 164) for trading in board lots of 5,000 Old Shares each.
