SING PAO MEDIA<0164> - Odd Lot Trading Arrangement The Stock Exchange has received a message from Sing Pao Media Group Limited which is reproduced as follows:- "In order to alleviate the difficulties arising from the existence of odd lots of the consolidated shares, Sing Pao Media Group Limited has agreed to procure an agent to arrange to match the sales and purchases of odd lots of the consolidated shares resulting from the share consolidation effective 3rd April, 2001.
