Parametric Portfolio Associates LLC is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.

The dealings were executed by Parametric Portfolio Associates LLC in the American depositary receipts of WH Group Limited (“ADRs”) and were denominated in U.S. Dollars. The conversion ratio of ADRs to ordinary shares is 1 to 20.
