  • As a result of the issue of 500,000,000 Shares under the Subscription, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Convertible Note, the conversion price of the Convertible Note has been adjusted to HK$0.2158 and the number of Shares falling to be issued and allotted upon full conversion of the Convertible Note has also been adjusted to 486,561,631 Shares with effect from 27 September 2013. For details, please refer to the announcement of the Company dated 27 September 2013.
