CHANGE OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors (the "Board") of Huey Tai International Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that:
(a) Dr. Lee Peng Fei, Allen has been appointed as a non-executive director and chairman of the Company and Mr. Tse Wan Chung, Philip and Miss Alice Choi have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the Company, all with effect from 13th February, 2001;
(b) Mr. Cheung Kwok Wah, Ken has been appointed as managing director of the Company with effect from 23rd January, 2001 and as vice-chairman of the Company with effect from 13th February, 2001; and
(c) Messrs. Chan Boon Ho, Peter, Leung Chi Kin, Lo Lin Shing, Simon, Wong Kam Cheong, Stanley, Lai Yu Ting, Lai Hing Chiu, Dominic, Andrew Marshall John Leitch, Cheng Wui See, Henry, Cheung Hon Kit and Tsang Link Carl, Brian have resigned as directors of the Company with effect from 13th February, 2001.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere thanks to Messrs. Chan Boon Ho, Peter, Leung Chi Kin, Lo Lin Shing, Simon, Wong Kam Cheong, Stanley, Lai Yu Ting, Lai Hing Chiu, Dominic, Andrew Marshall John Leitch, Cheng Wui See, Henry, Cheung Hon Kit and Tsang Link Carl, Brian for their valuable contribution to the Company in the past.
