Date of purchase: 19th September 2016

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 31,500

The highest price paid was 916.10 pence per share and lowest price paid was 912.51 pence per share.

The purchase represented an average price of 913.54 pence per share.

The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following this purchase, the total number of voting rights in JD Wetherspoon plc is 112,893,335
