Date of purchase: 11 November 2014

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 25,500

Highest price paid was 799.78 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 795.762 pence per share.

The purchase represented an average price of 797.7448 pence per share.

The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following this purchase, the total number of voting rights in JD Wetherspoon plc is 122,771,708.
