Number of ordinary shares purchased: 70,000

Highest price paid was 859.00p and the lowest price paid was 839.50p.

The purchase represented an average price of 847.25p per share.

The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following this purchase, the total number of voting rights in JD Wetherspoon plc is 124,909,347.
